To place a custom order, simply fill out the contact form below and describe your vision. The more details you provide, the better we can realize your ideas. Please let us know your country, so we can include shipping costs in the quote.
Please note that custom orders usually take about two weeks, sometimes longer, especially if we need to source specific materials. To ensure everything goes smoothly, we require prepayment. The two-week processing time starts from the day we receive your payment. Unfortunately, we've had some issues in the past, so this prepayment is necessary to avoid disappointments.
Once your custom piece is ready, we'll gladly send you a photo for approval before we ship it. Please keep in mind that the shipping time is additional to the two-week processing time, so consider that in your planning.
