    • Question: Can items be preordered or reserved?
    • Answer: Currently, we don't offer preorders or reservations. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay updated on new products, restocks, or sales.
  • Shipping Destinations

    • Question: Which countries do you ship to?
    • Answer: We ship to all EU countries, the UK, Norway, the USA, and Switzerland. We don't offer shipping to other countries at this time due to complex customs regulations.
  • Shipping Times

    • Question: When can I expect my order?
    • Answer: We usually ship within three business days. In rare cases, it may take longer. Once your package is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
  • Custom Orders

    • Question: Do you accept custom orders?
    • Answer: Yes, we are happy to take custom orders. Please visit our "Commissions" page and fill out the contact form. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Pricing and Discounts

    • Question: How are your prices determined? Can I negotiate with you?
    • Answer: Our prices are based on the quality of materials and the work that goes into each piece. We do not offer discounts or price negotiations, as our prices are already as low as possible.
  • Product Quality

    • Question: My framed specimen looks different from the picture. What can I do?
    • Answer: Each specimen is unique, so there may be slight variations in color or size. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we'll try to replace it as soon as possible.
  • Care and Maintenance

    • Question: How long does a specimen last, and what should I be aware of?
    • Answer: With proper care, specimens can last a long time. Avoid high humidity and direct sunlight. Our frames and glass domes are sealed to keep moisture and pests away. To clean, we recommend using a dry microfiber cloth.
